Atiou Mounanga Fira is an accomplished professional and a Congolese entrepreneur dedicated to innovation and digital transformation. Holding an MBA in International Business, enhanced by specialized certifications in development project risk management, diplomacy, and digital transformation, she has established herself as a recognized expert in public transformation, development project management, partnership development, and resource mobilization in multilateral and international environments.

Versatile and multilingual, her diverse career spans various sectors including fashion, publishing, marketing, diplomacy, as well as quality assurance and compliance. She has held strategic positions in prestigious institutions, notably the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Tunisia and Côte d’Ivoire, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of State Reform in the Republic of Congo. In this latter role, she actively contributed to the definition, implementation, and evaluation of public policies.

Continuously driven by the desire to share knowledge and make a positive impact, she took a new step in 2020 by founding OKIA AGENCY, a visionary agency dedicated to governance and public innovation. OKIA AGENCY supports companies and institutions in designing and implementing strategic and innovative solutions that address the challenges of an increasingly digitalized world.
